Our sweet little hamster, Chibi, died in his sleep tonight. He was nearly a year and a half old and lived a good life. But as I tried to comfort my heartbroken little boy, I really wished pets could live forever. It's so hard to say goodbye to an animal you've loved and cared for. I still miss my cat and she's been gone nearly two years.
