Book Review and Giveaway!

I was really excited to read this new anthology, A Christmas Courting, because it includes three of my favorite things: Christmas, regency, and happily-ever-afters!

Each story is a quick and easy read which is perfect for me when the holidays are already knocking on the door. Things are already getting busy! But when I needed a break, I could sit down and truly feel the magic of Christmas on the journey to love for these four couples.

I know three of the authors in this collection, but one is new to me. (Heidi Kimball)  I thought they all offered strong stories with great characters, but if I had to choose a favorite, I think it would be Jennifer Moore's. The three younger siblings in that story stole the show! But Christopher in Chalon Linton's story was a nice surprise as a hero and definitely sigh-worthy, and I also enjoyed mischievous Gerard in Heidi Kimball's story. The competitiveness between him and Francie was really entertaining. Patrick and Alice had a lot of twists and turns on their road to love and I was starting to wonder how that would all turn out in the end! But each couple was definitely root-worthy and deserved a happy ending.

All of the stories were enjoyable and will put you in the Christmas mood or even wishing for a plum pudding and Yule log of your own! I'll definitely be looking for more from all of these authors!
