I have been recovering from a bad head cold and didn't have much energy for anything and since there was no new Castle (is it next week yet? I can't wait!) I read a book. It was Traci Hunter Abramson's Chances Are. Definitely a departure from her other work (this one is about a girl undergoing cancer treatments), but it kept me hooked and had a really great twist in it. I like those kinds of stories that keep me guessing. I even had a tear in my eye at one point. So, good job on that one, Ms. Abramson!
I'm still not quite up to par, but I'm getting there slowly. I might read another book tonight. What are you reading? Anything fun and entertaining you could recommend while I convalesce?
I'm an award-winning romantic suspense novelist, but in my free time I love to review books and my fave TV shows, as well as pass along great book deals, and eat Canadian chocolate---not necessarily in that order.
