Okay, my word count after the first fifteen minutes is 494. How are you doing?

Debra, that's great!

Okay, second check in---In the last fifteen minutes I've written 674 more words. Woohoo! It's starting to flow again . . . I love that feeling.

You are a tornado! I only got another 264 words. Yikes! Keep the flow . . . flowing!

That's okay, Janice. It's better that only Julie sees how slow I write. Another 188 words this 15 minutes. Why is it getting harder?

Julie Coulter Bellon said...

Okay, I got 723 in that fifteen minutes. I feel like I'm burning through this! It's all just pouring out of me!

Janice, we'll miss you! Dang it. Next time for sure.

Debra, you're doing so great! Thank you so much for doing this with me. It's totally working.

On to the last fifteen minutes.

Whew, I managed 648 on that last fifteen minutes. I'm so happy with how this went! I totally needed it. Debra, you are a godsend. Truly. Thank you so much! I hope we can do it again next week and have Janice and a few others. How did you end up?

Hey! No cheeting. It's 8:01 and I have another 334 words done. I may not be the fastest gal in town, but thanks to your sprint, I've written more today than the past two days combined. In total, 1185 words. Thanks, Julie!

Danged woman, what was your total? Put it up on your NaNo word count! Oh, and tell me, of course.

Julie Coulter Bellon said...

It was 2629. It's the most I've done in the past three days. I love sprinting! You're the best, Debra.

Wow! I'm sorry I missed it. Great going!!!

Me, too. 7PM is not a good time for me. =(

I got another 1000 done despite the pain. My proudest moment was not using a Royal Pains reference, when the MC makes a bandage out of unconventional materials. (I may have to edit it in later.)

Kristine, I'm planning on doing this every Wednesday. I hope you can come next time!

Jon, I know Debra did another sprint at 9 p.m. Does that work better for you? And awesome on the 1000 words!

9 would be perfect for me. =)

I don't have any idea how I would write 2000 words in an hour like you did last night.
