Romance Awareness Month Continues! Come Win An Amazing Book!

So far I am really loving Romance Awareness month! I'm so much more aware of new authors in the romance genre and with all of the recommendations you gave me in the last prize post, I have really added to my authors-to-watch-for list. Thank you so much to everyone who participated in that one!

But this week is another chance to win a print copy from one of my very favorite Proper Romance authors---Nancy Campbell Allen! Her brand new romance, The Secret of the India Orchid just barely came out last week, and I am giving away a print copy!

You will definitely want to win this one. The book is SO GOOD! (I'll be reviewing it on Monday, so watch for that!)

Be sure to scroll down and enter for your chance to win a print copy! (Winners will be chosen next Tuesday and there will be another prize for you to win!)

Here's the back copy:

Anthony Blake, the Earl of Wilshire, is in love with his best friend’s sister, Sophia Elliot. But his plans to court her are put on hold when he is forced to resume his role as an undercover spy for the Crown. A secret document listing the names of the entire network of British spies—including his own—has been stolen. To protect Sophia, Anthony cuts off all ties to her and exchanges his life as an honorable earl for the facade of a flirtatious playboy.

Heartbroken and confused, Sophia travels to India, hoping to find healing in one of the most exotic regions of the British Empire. But the exotic land isn’t as restful as she had hoped. Instead, she finds herself embroiled in a mystery of a missing sea captain, a possible murder, and a plot that could involve the prince of India. And when Anthony appears at the British Residency, asking questions and keeping his distance from her, she is stunned.

She still loves him, and, in her heart, she knows he loves her too. But how can she rebuild her relationship with him if he won't confide in her? Does she dare offer her heart to him a second time, or will their love be lost under the India sun?

Looks like a fun book! We went camping on Orcas Island, which is in Washington, but almost to Canada. It was beautiful.

I literally haven't gone on vacation this summer! So sad! The only place I went was to Rexburg, Idaho to pick up my daughter from college. Not my fav, but it was somewhere other than home! :)

This looks so good! This is one of the only proper romance books I don't have! I'd love to win it! My favorite vacation has probably been just going to visit my family. I've loved seeing them and playing with my little brother's puppy!

I haven't been anywhere amazing this summer, so maybe just our backyard pool.

This looks like a great book. We didn't take a vacation this year, but we just went to a nephew's wedding at the Houston Temple this past weekend. Just a quick trip Friday through Sunday.

Does a staycation count? Home is where the heart is.

My favorite place I visited this Summer was Gettysburg, PA. It is so full of history known and unknown with so much documentation. The scenery is beautiful and the tours are fun and educational. I love reading about this historical place as well.

We went to Colorado. It was my first time seeing the Rockies. They're beautiful, but ooh, that air is dry! I've only ever lived in humid climates. It was quite different! 😂

This year we stayed local. Visited a couple of places close by. One of our faves is to tour the grotto. Lots of greenery. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the plants, flowers, smell the trees. Looks like a great read. I am looking forward to it.
