Word Count Wednesday

Well, I walked just under fourteen miles this week and added almost fourteen hundred words.  Coincidence?  I think not.  I love the feeling of accomplishment though.

And I am totally loving my new heroine.  Bart's having a few issues so we're on a break right now.  Haha.

How did you do this week word-wise?  Are you still loving your story?

Yay on your word count, Julie! Can't wait to read Bart's story.

The outside temperature is in the hundreds (112 right now) here in southern Arizona, making walking outside unpleasant. A few days ago we bought a really good treadmill. I'm clearing out a space in the family room where I'm going to set it up.

May this be the last week in a while that I don't have a word count. I have my path set before me - I just need to say ACTION! and see if my characters play along with the script or if they ad lib.

I plan to have a decent word count by next Wednesday. =)

Yeah! Fun walking and writing! Great accomplishments.

I wrote a bunch--about 2500 words, which is good since that's the pace I needed to keep to finish my goal of 10,000 words in a month.

So then I took a night off and am now back to being behind. Grr. Three days and 2200 words. I probably won't quite make it, but I won't be too far off, I think.

Thanks for providing a spot for me to be accountable :)
