Look what I got today! My author copies of my new novel, with cookies and cupcakes! Really, what more could a reader need beyond maybe a fireplace and a snuggly blanket?
I was showing the new book to my book club members tonight and they said how beautiful it looked in person. (Not that it looks bad online mind you, just that it's so pretty in hand.)
So, thank you to those who brought treats to my house and were so supportive and sweet after my son left on his mission yesterday and thanks to everyone who was excited about my book baby finally getting here!
And last, but not least, thanks to my cat who is always excited when I have a new book out.
