Okay, I have a question for you. I recently read a book that had a lot of time jumps in it. For me, it felt like I would get to a really great spot in the book, then there would be a few months' time jump for the characters. I kept reading, of course, but sometimes I thought parts of the story were missing and I wanted to know what had really happened! BUT, I do enjoy an epilogue with a bit of a time jump for the main characters so I can see what happened to them after "the end."
So here is my question: What are your feelings about time jumps in books?
