Six Sisters Stuff Six Ingredient Meals Review
I am so in love with this cookbook. As a busy mom, menu planning can be hard sometimes because we are usually running from scouts, to dance, to piano, and the list goes on. I am always on the lookout for low-effort, but still nutritious, meals that don't require fancy ingredients and Six Sisters' Stuff Six Ingredient Meals is exactly what I've been looking for.
We definitely found some new family favorites in here. When we're all tired and hungry after soccer practice, I can pop in some quick Barbeque Chicken Tostadas and eight minutes later we are eating! It only takes ingredients like barbeque sauce, shredded chicken (canned works great) cheese, tomatoes, corn tortilla and red onion. So good with just the right amount of zing. My boys loved them! There's also the Ravioli Lasagna that takes thirty minutes to make, feels a little fancy, and tastes so good! Those are just a couple of the main dishes, but there are side dishes and TO-DIE-FOR desserts that would make anyone believe you spent the day slaving over the dish when it only took thirty minutes. All of the recipes we've tried so far have been awesome.
For any busy parent this is a must-have book. But it's not just for grown-ups! There are a ton of recipes that are marked Kid Approved and are easy enough for a kid to make AND one they will want to eat. Win/win for everyone!
