It's New Year's Eve This Weekend!

I can hardly believe it, but it's New Year's Eve this weekend! I hope you have some fun plans, even if it's staying home curled up with a good book. (We're having a family party with lots of board games, food, and fun.)

What Are You Reading Wednesday?

I finished reading Jennifer Peel's My Ex-Mas Emergency. Oh my goodness, I loved it! So swoony and lovely. The perfect Christmas romance! 

I think one of the best parts for me was that there were so many funny moments expertly intertwined with falling in love. I think the ER visits were some of my favorite scenes, but there were definitely a lot to choose from!

Your Favorite Christmas Book

My Christmas book about a little Métis girl named Thelma who is wondering what she could give baby Jesus holds such a special place in my heart. I love how it highlights the Métis culture and reminds me so much of my grandmother Thelma. It's definitely a book that's very close to my heart.
