Memories are precious.

This week I've rewritten/revised/edited over 200 pages of the 1st book of a sci-fi thriller trilogy that I have targeted for the national market. My plans are to start querying it in September. I better get a move on it since I still have about 4 chapters to finish in the second novel. I need to do a synopsis for the 3rd, but it's basically written in my head. From what I've read from other authors, the 2nd and 3rd books don't need to be written before querying anyway, although a synopsis of each are be needed upon request.

I have a romance, and a mystery novel being published through Walnut Springs Press, but I'm sure they won't be interested in a sci-fi trilogy, but I need to clear it with them anyway.Debra Erferthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08239033133090036826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4421706587311875668.post-23100036216122449372012-08-15T10:57:44.778-06:002012-08-15T10:57:44.778-06:00About 200 words, but I did edit a little bit to ma...About 200 words, but I did edit a little bit to make it tighter.

Doing some planning on my next scene so that I can do some background info dumping and advance the plot, but still keep it thrilling.
