These comme...Thank you to Julie and Ms. Shreditor!<br /><br />These comments are thorough and informative. I agree with the feedback completely. When I wrote the first draft, I used a TON of participial phrases. They were everywhere, like a rash.<br /><br />This is my first novel, and I have found the process to be more of an education than a creative exercise! With each beta reader, and each new critique, I learn so much.<br /><br />Now, the idea that my mother has a copy of the first draft gives me a heart attack!
